el Dolor

Raw tales of pain and heartache, hangovers, and isolation from Weld County, Colorado.

El Dolor.
The Pain.

El Dolor was formed along the banks of the Western Mutual Ditch on a quiet plot of land nestled among alfalfa crop circles and the nodding donkeys of the Weld County oil fields. Their style reflects a mix of grunge and country, with songs that express the hardships of life, love lost, and perhaps a bit too much whiskey. The din of distorted guitar, gritty vocals, and impassioned violin are rooted in melodic bass lines and complex rhythms.
